The first ones to get the new hardware was the Rocket 3, Speed Triple 1050 (18-20) and the Scrambler 1200, and then Tiger line. They can’t update every single model at the same time especially when they have different lifecycle time frames.
The 2019 Triumph Street Triple R fits the bill perfectly, slotted in-between the budget-minded S model and the flagship RS variant. At its introduction, the 765cc motor instantly garnered a rave
Don't get the LRH, it has a bespoke suspension (different than the regular Street Triple) plus thinner seat. Heck, you should be able to flat foot even the taller Speed Triple. Newtonhog. OP • 10 mo. ago. Oh yeah, easily flat foot. Still feels small on a taller one, this was just a great deal. xorbe.
With the new 765 triple engine only having about 20% of parts in common with the 675 mill, Triumph has managed to produce two similar but different engines. Base difference is in the power
If the RS demands a significant premium, then I'd be okay for the "R" even for track days, especially if my Penske shock fits the 765. Besides, the Ohlins isn't one of their twin tube designs (TTX). For $1300, the RS is good bang-for-the-buck, but it wouldn't surprise me if it costs a lot more than that OTD.

The range comprises of the 765 Street Triple RS and R, and the limited edition 765 Street Triple Moto2. Engine power has been upgraded for the 765 RS and Moto2, with 128.2 hp at 12,000 rpm and 80
It's agile handling, fruity engine, compact dimensions and easy ergonomics make it one of the friendliest fast bikes you can spend your money on and now for 2023, there is a new Street Triple line
On the circuit, the 2022 Speed Triple 1200 RS’s handling was razor sharp. It had gobs of feel from the front end, a nimble turn-in through its wide bars, and the kind of edge-grip feedback that made me eager to keep riding the bike hard until its DOT Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tires had little rubber left on them.
The Street Triple R features Brembo M4.32 4-piston radial monobloc calipers at the front. On the other hand, the Street Triple RS and Moto2 Edition bikes, being more track-focused, get much better
